OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We currently accept online payments/cash/bank cheques from all registered customers across the UK. For details on delivering an order overseas, please see our guide for orders being despatched to addresses outside mainland UK.

ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
If you've placed an order via our B2B portal, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to your account and click on 'view order history'.

RETURNS
If for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your purchase(s) please tell us so that we can put it right. To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on +44 20 8961 9999 first, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
